Hypnosis
“What you don’t realize, Sid, is that most of your life is unconsciously determined.”

Clearing up the misconception of Hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a process which helps alleviate unwanted habits and processes generally determined by our past experiences.
This method of therapy is totally safe and one of the most enjoyable types of therapy that a client may ever encounter.
Clients will experience a ‘trance like’ state during which time they will be totally aware of what is happening in the room. A person cannot be made to do what they do not want to during hypnosis.
We often experience ‘trance like states’ in our day-to-day lives in the form of daydreaming, exercising, listening to music, reading a book, or watching television.
When taken to extremes in the hands of an expert, the effect of trance can produce many pleasurable effects, including healing of the body and freedom from anxiety. We may also be freed from old unwanted habits such as smoking and over-eating.
In addition to all of the above, hypnosis can help induce an easy tolerance and acceptance of many of life’s inevitable disappointments.
During Hypnosis YOU WILL KNOW that you may be open to suggestion. Rather than losing control, a comprehensive series of sessions can help a person GAIN MORE CONTROL of their life.
If during an initial consultation I find I am not convinced of my client’s firm commitment to a goal, I will advise them to seek another form of therapy. In spite of the increased suggestibility involved with hypnosis, genuine motivation is necessary for a person to achieve a meaningful result.
